TogetherWeb Successfully Merged with Proficient Systems, Inc.

In January of 2002, Proficient Systems, Inc. acquired TogetherWeb Inc., an ATDC member company that provided collaborative browsing technology and expertise to enterprise customer relationship management software vendors and call-center technology providers. TogetherWeb's collaborative browsing solutions were considered tops in the industry.

Proficient Systems, Inc. had been using the TogetherWeb collaborative browsing software as a customer for more than nine months prior to the strategic acquisition and had integrated the software into the overall Proficient Systems solution.

The acquisition and merger of technology and teams has gone very well, according to Rick Hargett, CEO and Co-Founder of TogetherWeb. "Our hard work and pre-planning paid off immensely, I can't imagine a smoother transition. Management from both companies are proud of how well our teams came together to form an even stronger combined group."
